I sent 5 boxes of things from Connecticut to my daughter in Maryland. Every single box arrived damaged, open holes, dented, squished, and some of the contents were damaged. Do UPS employees have any pride in their work, or do they just throw boxes and hope nothing happens? I am furious. I PAY UPS to take care of my packages, I have pictures of the damage. Five separate packages- five damaged packages. I do not think this type of work is acceptable on any level. Throwing packages and then damaging them is not something UPS should aspire to condone. We are PAYING customers. We deserve better. I have used the same UPS store for over 25 years. The manager of that store is a valued friend, as are all of his employees. I know they would be devastated if they knew how packages that left their store were handled. Please treat your customers and their packages with respect. The last picture is the inside of a box where some of the contents were shattered. I packed those boxes meticulously. There is no excuse for this treatment.

UPS Safety Issue

UPS does not care about Safety!
I saw a UPS driver run a stop sign and park illegally in a crosswalk. When I tried to contact the corporate office and perhaps send the pictures I took there wasn’t a way to do that. Maybe they have such a great safety culture because there are no consequences for not giving a s… about safety. When I asked the driver to please not run the stop sign. This was not the first time you had done so he laughed. What does that tell you about the effectiveness of UPS’ safety department?

UPS Driver Issue

UPS Driver is too lazy to deliver to the door. But he reports he does.We have had one of many of the very best UPS drivers, until our driver retires, Ron, was excellent. Then the drivers became lazy and started delivering to the Wise River Mercantile (store) 6 miles from our home. Then we got a new driver and he was really great but he was temporary. Now, Tyler feels he should deliver to the bottom of our drive way. We put a large message on 2’ by 3’ piece of cardboard for him to please deliver to our door. No, he just puts the boxes next to the cardboard note. We pay for delivery and we expect to have our boxes at the front door. He even says he put the boxes at our door on the UPS notification site, wrong . Then we got a box that was completely opened and taped with clear packaging tape. We think he did not want what was on the inside. He did not do a good job of taping, Sad.

UPS Package delivery Issue

Package delivered to wrong address. I got a notice in my email that my UPS package was delivered to this main address but not to my apt. The message said it was in a locker, but not the number of the locker. Can you help me?
