What is the story behind the lost pizza company? ›

The idea for Lost Pizza Co. started way back when founders Brooks Roberts & Preston Lott were roommates in college. They dreamed about creating a fun, funky atmosphere where friends could grab a cold beer and the best pizza they'd ever eaten. In 2007, they decided it was finally time to make their dream come true.

Pizza contains a mix of nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, fats and calcium.

One pizza crust = 50 calories

While skipping a whole slice is often a smart choice, it's easy to grab an extra crust (or two). Equivalent calories are found in a thin slice of rye bread or two cups of air-popped popcorn.

The decision was announced on Thursday following social media attention surrounding controversial Facebook posts by the restaurant's owner, Keith Coffman. Social media users took issue with a photo of Coffman from a Halloween party dressed as musician CeeLo Green and painted with black skin tones.

With their help, we've continued to grow to 28 locations across Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, & Texas. As Lost Pizza Co. continues to grow, our dream now is the same as it was way back when.

A study in 1,352 people found that people who consumed over 70 grams of ready-made products like pizza daily were more likely to have more belly fat than those who consumed under 70 grams per day ( 7 ).
